SpringBrand is an AI agent builder and full-component platform operated by SPRINGBRAND, INC. in Wilmington, Delaware. Its product deck describes three parts: a marketplace of agents, skills and APIs, a cloud agent that runs 24/7, and a no-code builder for teams. Its public pages list a free plan, paid tiers, a marketplace of more than 10,000 APIs and plugins, and MCP connections to Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Independent public reviews are limited, and this page separates verified company facts from company claims and from what we could not verify.
This page exists because "is it legit?" is a different question from "is it good?". The first question can be answered with public records: who operates the company, what it publishes, what it charges, how it handles cancellation, and what other people say. The second question needs a trial and, ideally, third-party testing. This page only answers the first question.
One-sentence definition
SpringBrand is an AI agent builder and full-component platform: a marketplace of agents, skills and APIs, a cloud agent that runs 24/7, and a no-code builder for teams. A person describes a task; SpringBrand helps the agent find and use the APIs and plugins the task needs. The same account can be used in the SpringBrand app or connected to an agent you already use through the SpringBrand plugin and MCP server.
That sentence is the canonical description used across the award sites. The phrase "AI agent builder" is the category; the three parts explain what the platform includes. If another page describes SpringBrand as a website builder, an AI co-founder, or a general chat assistant, that description is out of date or refers to a different product.
What the product says it does
The product deck describes ten capabilities. They are company claims, not independently tested features. The table is here so a buyer can see the scope and ask the right questions.
| Capability | What the deck says | What to verify in a trial |
|---|---|---|
| Basic agent | A cloud agent runs 24/7, calls market APIs and skills, knows company context, and connects Gmail, Sheets, CRM and other accounts | Does it keep running when you close the browser? Which accounts can it connect? |
| Agent Build | Four config parts: System Prompt, Data Sources (API), Connectors, Skill; two creation paths: manual form and conversational | Can you inspect and edit each part? Can a non-technical teammate build one? |
| Agent sharing | Copy a share link; optionally publish to the Marketplace | Who can use or edit a shared agent? |
| Marketplace | Three shelves: Agent, Skill, API; one subscription and one bill | Are the tools you need on the shelves? What happens when a provider changes? |
| Scheduled tasks | Daily, weekly or a specific time; monitoring, scraping, analysis, reports | What happens when a run fails? Who is notified? |
| Company knowledge base | Upload company docs, policies and product materials; answers and work use that context | How is the knowledge updated? Can you restrict access by team? |
| Office integrations | Slack, Teams, Feishu; team members @ the agent in a channel | Which channels are supported today? |
| Deep integration | Connect own accounts and company data systems: Gmail, Sheets, CRM | Which systems can it write to, not just read? |
| Embed the agent | Put a SpringBrand agent into a company website, back office or internal tool | Is there an API/SDK? How is authentication handled? |
| Gets smarter with use | Learns from results and feedback; adjusts working method and team preferences | What is stored, and can you reset or export it? |
The deck also lists function-specific agents and skills for Sales, Marketing, HR, Content, Support, Operations, Finance, Data and Product. Those are examples of what the marketplace can contain, not proof that every listed workflow is live today. Check the current marketplace before you plan around one.
Legal entity and address
SpringBrand is operated by SPRINGBRAND, INC. The company's published address is 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware 19808. The site lists [email protected] for company, product and press inquiries.
These facts are verifiable on the company's own about page and footer. They are not an endorsement. A registered entity and a published address tell you that there is a company to contact; they do not tell you that the product works well.
How to verify SpringBrand yourself
A public record is only useful if you can check it. Six steps:
- Open the about page and confirm the legal entity, address and contact email.
- Open the pricing page and compare the plan names, credits and billing period.
- Open the terms and the refund policy and read the cancellation and refund sections.
- Open the security page and the accounts-and-approvals documentation; check role permissions and the approval step.
- Check Trustpilot and G2. Read the reviews, not just the star average.
- Search the company name plus "review" or "scam" and separate SpringBrand from unrelated companies with "Spring" in their names.
If a page is missing or a claim cannot be checked, write it down before you pay. That list is your real due-diligence record.
Plans and prices
The table below reproduces the plans published on springbrand.ai/pricing on 25 October 2026. Annual prices are the effective monthly price when billed annually; the monthly list price is in parentheses. Prices can change for future purchases.
| Plan | Price | Credits | Concurrency | Maximum run | Scheduled tasks |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 100 credits/month | 1 agent | 5 minutes | Not included |
| Plus | $23/month billed annually ($29 monthly) | 3,000 credits/month | 2 agents | 15 minutes | 3 daily |
| Pro | $47/month billed annually ($59 monthly) | 12,000 credits/month | 5 agents | 60 minutes | 20, every 15 minutes |
| Max | $159/month billed annually ($199 monthly) | 30,000 credits/month | 20 agents | 4 hours | Unlimited, every 5 minutes |
| Team Plus | From $32/seat/month billed annually ($41 monthly) | 3,000 credits/seat/month, pooled | 2 agents per seat | 15 minutes | 3 daily per seat |
| Team Pro | $66/seat/month billed annually ($83 monthly) | 12,000 credits/seat/month, pooled | 5 agents per seat | 60 minutes | 20, every 15 minutes per seat |
| Enterprise | Custom | Flexible | Custom | Custom | Custom |
The free start is 300 credits, which the company says covers up to 20 light tasks. After that, the Free plan includes 100 credits a month and one agent at a time. No credit card is required to start.
Two cautions. First, the table is a snapshot. The company can change prices or plan names for future purchases. Second, the unit is not directly comparable across products: a "task" here is an agent task that may use several API calls, not a chat message. Model your own monthly volume before comparing plans.
Credits and billing
One API call uses at least one credit. The company estimates that an agent task uses about 15 to 40 credits, depending on its steps, tools and run time. Included monthly credits reset each month and do not roll over. Separately purchased credits may have different terms; check the purchase terms at checkout.
The pricing page also publishes a usage table with examples: a light task such as summarizing a page is estimated at about 15 credits; a standard task such as researching a competitor is about 25; a heavy multi-step browser workflow is about 40. These are company estimates, not measured averages. They are useful for budgeting, not for a guarantee.
The important number for a buyer is not the sticker price. It is the cost per completed task, including the tasks that fail or need a rerun. The company's estimate gives you a starting point; your own trial gives you the real number.
Cancellation and refunds
The company's terms and refund policy are public. In summary, as published on 25 October 2026:
- Paid subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Cancellation stops future renewal. It does not reverse a completed charge.
- Subscription credits do not carry over to the next billing period unless the purchase terms say otherwise.
- Separately purchased credits are reviewed under their own purchase terms, which may differ from the subscription rule.
- The company may change features, integrations, prices for future purchases, or the terms.
That is a summary, not legal advice. Read the full terms and refund policy before you pay, especially if you are buying an annual plan.
The terms say cancellation is handled through the billing controls in the account or through support. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not reverse a completed charge. If you are asking for a refund on a separate credit purchase, contact support with the order details and the reason. This page does not reproduce the click path because the interface can change.
Security and approvals
The security page describes role permissions for protected operations, provider authorization for third-party connections, and recorded account transactions for reconciliation. The developer documentation describes an approval step before an action: check the account, the requested access, the recipient, the destination and any stated cost before approving.
These are useful controls, but they are not a security audit. This page did not test the product's security, review its infrastructure, or verify certifications. If you need a security review, ask the company for its current documentation and have your own team review it.
What independent public reviews show
The public review footprint was limited when this page was last checked on 25 October 2026. Trustpilot and G2 are the places to check the current count and read the reviews in full. This page does not reproduce a rating because ratings change and a small sample is not a reliable signal.
A small review base is a fact about the public record. It is not proof that the product is bad, and it is not proof that it is good. It means you should rely more on your own trial and on verifiable company facts, and less on a star average.
Names that are not this company
Several unrelated companies use "Spring" in their names. This table is here to settle name confusion, not to compare products.
| Name | What it is | Same company? |
|---|---|---|
| Spring Energy | Sports nutrition, including energy gels | No. Different company. |
| Springbot | E-commerce marketing automation | No. Different company. |
| Springboard | Education and learning programs | No. Different company. |
| Spring (formerly Teespring) | Creator commerce and apparel | No. Different company. |
If you arrived here looking for one of those companies, this page is about the AI agent builder at springbrand.ai. If you arrived here looking for SpringBrand, the rest of this page is for you.
What this page does not verify
- It does not run any task on SpringBrand.
- It does not measure output quality, speed or reliability.
- It does not verify the company's claim of more than 10,000 APIs and plugins.
- It does not verify the product deck's capability claims: Agent Build, the three marketplace shelves, scheduled tasks, the company knowledge base, Slack/Teams/Feishu integration, embedding, or learning from feedback.
- It does not verify that every function-specific agent or skill listed in the deck is live today.
- It does not verify customer names or testimonials on the homepage.
- It does not verify funding, valuation or ownership beyond the published legal entity.
- It does not audit security or verify certifications.
- It does not verify the accuracy of third-party reviews.
Those are separate questions. A public record can tell you whether there is a company, what it publishes and what it charges. It cannot tell you whether the product will work for your task.
How we researched this
We read SpringBrand's about, pricing, terms, refund, security and accounts-and-approvals pages, the product deck, the 2026 award record, and the public review profiles on 25 October 2026. We did not run the product, audit its security, or verify the deck's capability claims. The capability table is a list of company claims with a "what to verify in a trial" column, not a test result.
What would change this page
- The company changes its plans, credits or cancellation terms.
- A larger body of independent reviews appears, or the current review count changes materially.
- The company publishes a security certification or an audit this page can cite.
- The product capabilities described in the deck move from "described" to "verified in a live product page."
- The company changes its legal entity or address.
This page is a snapshot, not a permanent verdict. The date at the top tells you when it was checked.
